If all the items are in stock you should receive an email with tracking information within two days of your order.  Be sure to check your spam folder if you have not heard from us.  If you are having trouble tracking your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

If your order is more urgent, then please do not hesitate to contact us at customerservice@seraphinalondon.com for alternative postal services.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase but if you not 100% happy you can return your purchase(s) within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.   All returns, both domestic and international, are at the client's expense, unless otherwise agreed. 

If you need to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and purchase the new item that you wish to order. 

Returns can only be accepted by us if it is unworn and umnarked.  Items must be in a saleable condition with all labels intact and in its original packaging.  Any returns should be sent to the following address, enclosing a copy of your invoice or receipt with your name and order number.

Please ensure goods are returned tracked and signed for, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive.

In the case of returning an item from outside the UK, you will need to include a detailed invoice clearly stating that the item/s are "returning to the country of origin" and therefore not subject to import tax and duties.  This should be marked on the airway bill as well.  We cannot be held liable for any charges incurred due to incorrect shipping and any costs that we incur will be deducted from the amount due to for a refund.

Please also include your email address or daytime telephone number so we can contact you if necessary.

Any credit notes issued are valid for 6 months, unless otherwise agreed.
